Name carved items are not available for shipping, you must pick up in a studio near you. Name carved items are not returnable because of the custom nature of the product. Pricing does not include studio fee for painting.

All Custom carved product with the exception of the Santa, have a hole carved in the back for a night light kit unless the customer specifically requests the hole not to be carved.
